    Strategically produced and created partnerships with local businesses for a series of Spring open houses to highlight luxury listings in various Manhattan neighbourhoods. Focused on the functionality of each property and co-branded accordingly. Result: Created video marketing material which overviewed the open house series, had select open houses filmed for Selling New York, secured various press coverage from local and national lifestyle and real estate outlets.
